1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our services. When you upload a sketch to SmartArch, the image is temporarily processed in memory and sent to Google's Gemini AI endpoint for inference. We do not persist or store your sketches on our servers after the request completes.

2. PII Warning

CRITICAL: Users must absolutely NOT upload sketches containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII), proprietary corporate secrets, passwords, or secure tokens. Keznsons is not liable for data exposure resulting from users uploading restricted data.

3. Data Retention

We do not retain training data from user inputs. Your intellectual property remains yours.
